Philly 67. USS New Jersey Commanding Officer Captain Alexander ( soon to be replaced by Capt. J.E. Snyder [ but thats another story] ) and Weapons Dept. Head Cmdr. Roan ( in white hard hat ) on 011 level. Watch yard Tugs move us out of Dry Dock for first time. No ships power yet. Scaffolding and Yard Birds all over. Note wood planks over stack.	From atop New Jerseys Main Director I got this photo of Her Sisters Iowa and Wisconsin as we were pulled out of Dry Dock for the first time in Philly 67. No Ships Power yet. This and the one directly left contributed by Harold Shaw.
